You will not have to fight this battle.

(Isaiah 58:5-11 NIV) Is this the kind of fast I have chosen, only a day for a
man to humble himself? Is it only for bowing one's head like a reed and for
lying on sackcloth and ashes? Is that what you call a fast, a day acceptable to
the LORD? {6} "Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen: to loose the
chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free
and break every yoke? {7} Is it not to share your food with the hungry and to
provide the poor wanderer with shelter-- when you see the naked, to clothe him,
and not to turn away from your own flesh and blood? {8} Then your light will
break forth like the dawn, and your healing will quickly appear; then your
righteousness will go before you, and the glory of the LORD will be your rear
guard. {9} Then you will call, and the LORD will answer; you will cry for help,
and he will say: Here am I. "If you do away with the yoke of oppression,
with the pointing finger and malicious talk, {10} and if you spend yourselves in
behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light
will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday. {11} The
LORD will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land
and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a
spring whose waters never fail.
(Isaiah 60:1-2 NIV) "Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory
of the LORD rises upon you. {2} See, darkness covers the earth and thick
darkness is over the peoples, but the LORD rises upon you and his glory appears
over you.
(Malachi 2:5 NIV) "My covenant was with him, a covenant of life and peace,
and I gave them to him; this called for reverence and he revered me and stood in
awe of my name.
(Romans 8:13-18 NIV) For if you live according to the sinful nature, you will
die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will
live, {14} because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. {15}
For you did not receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you
received the Spirit of sonship. And by him we cry, "Abba, Father."
{16} The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children.
{17} Now if we are children, then we are heirs--heirs of God and co-heirs with
Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in
his glory. {18} I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing
with the glory that will be revealed in us.
(Romans 8:35-37 NIV) Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall
trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?
{36} As it is written: "For your sake we face death all day long; we are
considered as sheep to be slaughtered." {37} No, in all these things we are
more than conquerors through him who loved us.
(Ephesians 6:12-18 NIV) For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but
against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark
world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. {13}
Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you
may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.
{14} Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the
breastplate of righteousness in place, {15} and with your feet fitted with the
readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. {16} In addition to all this,
take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming
arrows of the evil one. {17} Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the
Spirit, which is the word of God. {18} And pray in the Spirit on all occasions
with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always
keep on praying for all the saints.
(Philippians 4:4-8 NIV) Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again:

right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything

(Colossians 3:1-4 NIV) Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your
hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. {2} Set
your minds on things above, not on earthly things. {3} For you died, and your
life is now hidden with Christ in God. {4} When Christ, who is your life,
appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.
(2 Timothy 1:7 NIV) For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit
of power, of love and of self-discipline.
(1 John 4:16-19 NIV) And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is
love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him. {17} In this way, love
is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of
judgment, because in this world we are like him. {18} There is no fear in love.
But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The
one who fears is not made perfect in love. {19} We love because he first loved
us.
